TexHunts trophy mule deer and trophy whitetail deer hunts take place in the Palo Duro Canyon of the Texas Panhandle. The 16,000 acre Battle Creek Ranch has been owned by the same family for 130 years. This is truly wild ranch land, cedar covered ridges, mesquite canyons and cottonwood creek bottoms. This property is intensely managed. Our habitat and wildlife herd and nutrition program are second to none! Battle Creek Ranch's 25 square miles provide excellent opportunity for both trophy mule deer and whitetail deer due to our diverse habitat. No high fences here, just our commitment to provide what many consider one of the best locations in North American to pursue trophy mule deer and whitetail deer.

A very limited number of hunters have privileged access to hunt deer on Battle Creek Ranch. Resident and Non-resident deer licenses are available over the counter in the State of Texas!

Our deer hunt packages are all inclusive. Airport pickup, transportation, lodging with private bedrooms, meals and guides are include. No trophy fees or additional kill feels.

Antler restriction, selective harvest combined with advanced deer and nutrition management and a limited number of hunters ensure the greatest opportunity for trophy mule deer and whitetail deer.

Whitetail season opens the 1st Saturday in November
through the 1st Sunday in January.

Due to our Windshooting operation in Dalhart, we only offer trophy deer hunts in the month of November. This coincides with state set seasons and, more importantly, the rut!
